I love books. We spent hours browsing through the different kinds of paper and analyzing lay-outs. Thanks to bookshop like Librairie Yvon Lambert which make it possible.

A different kind of merci
Grazie is a typical Italian restaurant in a not so typical setting. Just a few steps away from the "Merci" shop. Best pizza I have ever had.

Here fishy fishy
Sugao. Essential design in Japan. These gorgeous packages contain soap shaped like a big fish. These were displayed as part of an exhibition at Merci and for sale at the price of 30 euro's.

At Les Arts Decoratifs we went to see an amazing toy exhibition called: Plastique Ludique (great name). All toys were designed by Libuše Niklová.

cloudy day
Not so easy to photograph! But if you look closely you can see the clouded wallpaper enveloping the room. I've never seen anything like it and was wondering who might have designed it?
