How can I best describe De Smaaknatie? How can I show old and new at the same time? How do you put an emphasis on the delicious food without showing actual food? How do I put Dirk Baeken (the owner and cook) who puts his heart, soul and own stamp on the food into a tile-design? What does this space need?
