let's fry em' up

Beautiful Marhelia, I could watch you do this all day.

Mix all of the dry ingredients together except for the flour. Add milk and flour little by little and start kneading the dough until it is nicely thick and dry. Leave to rest under a cloth for a little bit. Roll out the dough to 1cm thickness. Let it rest under the cloth once again. Make the circular cookie shapes. We used a plastic bottle cut in half for the outside circle and the bottle cap for the inside circle.

Marhelia's cookies (not for wussies)

For these delicious donut like cookies you will need:

1lb sugar
1 heaped spoon of baking soda
1 butter stick
1 egg
half an orange peel (graded)
a pinch of salt
0.25l of fat milk
114g of sour creme
1 lb of flour (maybe more)

jackfruit special

Blistering heat is good for some things! Like drying fruit for example. We used a mixture of surprising spices. A little bit of oil, red pepper spices, crushed pili pili, cinnamon, salt and curry powder are the best combination.

(trick: use oil to clean your hands afterwards)
